This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at easycommerce.store and its subdomains. When you create a seller account we collect your Google account name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.
Store name, settings, product listings, categories, pricing, and any content you upload including images and banners.
Customer-provided checkout data (name, phone, address, custom field responses) associated with your store. You, as seller, are the data controller for your buyers.
Anonymous usage data such as page views, store visitor counts, and feature usage, collected via Firebase Analytics to improve the platform.
We do not directly process payments in the current version. Subscription billing is handled by third-party payment processors with their own privacy policies.
When buyers place orders on your store, their personal data is stored in our systems on your behalf. As a seller you are responsible for:
Data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide services. On cancellation, store data is kept for 30 days — giving you time to export. After 30 days all store data, products, and orders are permanently deleted. You may request early deletion by emailing services@mitset.tech.
We implement appropriate safeguards: • Data stored on Google Firebase (ISO 27001 certified infrastructure) • All data transmission encrypted with TLS/SSL • Production data access restricted to authorised team members • Regular security reviews No internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

EasyCommerce is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
