These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyCommerce, operated by EasyCommerce ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using EasyCommerce you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use EasyCommerce on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. Last Updated: January 2025
Registration: You register via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Security: You must keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at services@mitset.tech. One entity per account: You may not share accounts or sell access to your account. Suspension: We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or remain inactive for more than 12 months after subscription expiry.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. At trial end your store is locked until you subscribe. Plans: Monthly and annual plans are available. Current pricing is at easycommerce.store/#pricing. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Cancellation: Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds for unused time. Price Changes: 30 days advance email notice will be given for any price changes.
Refunds are available in these situations only: Within 7 days of initial subscription (first-time subscribers): Full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Verified technical outage: If the platform was inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, a pro-rated refund for the downtime will be issued. Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges. Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge to services@mitset.tech. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
You may use EasyCommerce to sell legal products and services. You agree NOT to:
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Ownership: You retain all rights to content you upload (images, descriptions, store information). Licence to Us: By uploading content you grant EasyCommerce a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display your content solely to operate the platform. Standards: You are solely responsible for your content. It must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe third-party rights. Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
EasyCommerce is a platform. We are not a party to transactions between you and your buyers. As a seller you are solely responsible for:
EasyCommerce is not liable for any disputes between sellers and buyers.
The EasyCommerce platform — including software, design, features, and documentation — is owned by EasyCommerce and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform. You may not use the EasyCommerce name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: EasyCommerce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. EasyCommerce shall not be liable for loss of business, revenue, profits, or data; indirect or consequential damages; or damages arising from third-party integrations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
By You: Cancel your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Your subscription ends at the current period's conclusion. By Us: We may suspend or terminate immediately for Terms violations, fraud, or legal requirements. We may terminate the service with 30 days notice. After Termination: Your store goes offline. Data is retained for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days all data is permanently deleted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EasyCommerce are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. We encourage resolving disputes through our support channels before pursuing legal action.
